Tillman claimed in open court that Ryan Copley, a friend of Warren's for 20 plus years, was the shooter.
I would like to know if the gun retrieved 9-20-05, from the scene that Tillman was reportedly fleeing, was the weapon used to kill Warren Clark!
Tillman also stated in open court that he has never held a job, he deals drugs to earn a living. One would only assume that he doesn't file income taxes on his earnings, yet, how do you think his various girlfriend's support his 7 plus children? My guess would be the WELFARE system.
As it appears to me...the judicial system let a self professed drug dealer back out on the streets of Peoria, and the welfare system continue to let his various women continue to collect welfare instead of the child support he should be paying.

PEORIA - A Peoria man acquitted last year of shooting a man during a drug deal gone bad was arrested Friday on gun charges.
Kenneth E. Tillman, 1717 N. California Ave., was booked on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and obstructing police. Tillman was allegedly one of three men spotted by police fleeing a car at 601 R.B. Garrett Ave. on Sept. 20, where officers later found a revolver left behind.
Tillman was arrested by police about 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 1800 block of North Lehman and booked into Peoria County Jail. He remained there Friday night.
Tillman was acquitted of murdering Warren D. Clark II and of attempting to rob Clark and his friend Ryan Copley in the early morning hours of Dec. 13 outside an apartment building in the 3400 block of Oakcrest Drive
During the two-day trial, Copley admitted to going with Clark to the Lexington Hills apartment complex that morning to buy drugs, and Tillman admitted to selling drugs that morning.
Tillman said he did not shoot Clark but that Clark and Copley had returned to the area and robbed him after they had bought crack cocaine from him an hour before.
The trial, in 2004, of Kenneth aka. Kenwahn L. Tillman aka. Kenny Tillman Edwards, for the murder of Warren Clark, Antonette Wade of 2719 Trewyn Avenue Apartment 186 and Bryonna Fleming of 3333 Woodhill Apt. A both claimed to have children by Kenneth Tillman. Bryonna's mother lives off Sterling and she has a brother, Amir Howe.
Shanika Tillman (sister of Kenneth) 510 East Gift Avenue claimed in open court that Kenneth periodically lived with her and her 2 children.
Kenneth stated that he lived sometimes with his mother, Loretta Tillman, at 1717 West California and sometimes with his sister, Shanicka Tillman, at 510 East Gift Avenue.
Kenneth stated he was at Lexington Hills apartments dealing drugs from Norman Gates and Veronica Adams/Alexander apartment at (possibly) 3414 Oakcrest 3D, the night Warren Clark was murdered. He stated he did alot of business in the Lexington Hills apartment area from Bryonna's apartment, but couldn't get into her apartment that night.
Kenneth Tillman born 8-6-81, has the following children: John Williams, Kentrell Tillman, Kenya Tillman, Harmony Tillman, Kenwahn Tillman and Keon Tillman and a deceased child Kennazia Tillman. Apparently, the baby was unresponsive after sleeping with it's mother, Anntoinette Wade on April 5/6, 2004. The child, Kennazia was reportedly born the same day as Warren Clark's murder, Warren was killed in the early hours of December 13, 2003 and Kennazia was born in the late hours of December 13, 2003.
