Leon was intending the deliver the controlled substance to Chase Ingersoll.
I talked to Richard Majors personally on the phone on more than one occasion, and he flat denied that there was a problem, when I told him I had witnessed his tenant smoking pot and selling it from the front porch. He is a jerk, an idiot and a bastard!!!
