The Peoria Police Department was actually out tonight, investigating who it was that left a flyer informing their neighbors of the existence of a parolee and thug that had moved into their neighborhood and who was smoking crack. The complaint the Police were investigating was for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property. Now you know why there is such a drug problem in the city, the police don't want any citizen horning in on the operation that provides them with such job security. Here is the response by individuals aware of the police's investigation. Note, that the police almost seemed to be embarrassed that they were investigating this, rather than the real crime in the neighborhood, but they were actually Mirandizing people and asking. It was pretty obvious that the police were not even familiar with the law on disorderly conduct, or criminal trespass. But should that surprise anyone considering the lying excuse for a lawyer (Murphy) that the police department could not get rid of all of those years.


To: The yet to be identified Neighborhood Darth Vader that called the Peoria Police Department alleging that the person who distributed the flyers (Luke Skywalker) warning the neighborhood about the criminal activity (crack cocaine use by a violent multiple felon) at 406 W. Armstrong had committed CRIMINAL TRESSPASS and DISORDERLY CONDUCT.

So your allegation to the police is that placing a flyer on your vehicle, is “entering” and a criminal trespass? What about free speech you Marxist? So if someone dings your car and leaves you a note with their name an insurance carrier, is that a criminal trespass too?

So lets see, walking up to your driveway and porch to provide you with some information about a criminal threat in your neighborhood, is a crime. Oh, I’m, sure the mothers in the neighborhood, with small children and without crack-head, felon boyfriends will really appreciate this idiocy!

Sec. 26 1. Elements of the Offense.

So now let’s see. Criminal activity is not unreasonable. Criminal activity does not disturb or alarm you……BUT PEOPLE BEING INFORMED ABOUT IT DOES DISTURB YOU. WE REALLY NEED TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE SO THAT WE CAN TELL EVERYONE AND HAVE A GOOD BELLY LAUGH EVERY TIME WE LOOK AT YOU SNEAKING OUT OF YOUR HOUSE. Cowards like you are the sort of reason that crime has taken over our neighborhoods, like the Nazi’s took over France.

Just so you know, there will be twice as many of these flyers distributed as there were the first time around, so that everyone can have fun figuring out who is the neighborhood traitor.
